All funds and plans purchased for use in Southeastern Dining Services are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. The Southeastern Dining Services funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all Southeastern Dining Services funds and plans are non-refundable.
Meals on meal plans expire on the last day of classes each semester. Cub Cash for Residential Meal Plans expire on the last day of the Spring semester and after one-year of inactivity for Commuter and Faculty/Staff Plans.
Auto Renewal is optional. If Auto Renewal is selected, plans purchased in the Fall will renew for Spring semester and your student account will be billed in December or January, for your Spring Meal Plan.
We accept orders Monday-Thursday from 7:30 am-5 pm and Friday from 7:30 am-12:30 pm. Any orders that come to us outside those hours will be processed the next business day. Please allow 2 business days from the time we review your order for all orders to be ready for pick-up. We will notify your student by phone or e-mail to pick up their package. All website purchases are considered to be final. Exceptions will be made for processing errors. All refunds for processing errors will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
